Warranty & Returns

We take pride in ensuring that all orders made by Moonix are free of any manufacturing defects. We inspect every single order before it is packed for delivery or pick up. If for some reason, any defects are found, please contact us directly at info@moonart.uk and we would be happy to look into the issue and provide resolution free of charge. With time, all fine jewelry can be affected by regular wear and daily activities. Please note that the manufacturing warranty does not include coverage for wear and tear, lost product or gemstones or theft.

The shipping time varies based on your order, location and the address you provide when checking-out. On average, most orders take 4 to 6 weeks to completion (including delivery). Our focus is always on delivering the quality of work we are proud of. Your patience is much appreciated.
